Guideline for Presenters in Oral session
- 1)There will be the Speaker ready room in front of Hall B on the 1st floor, the lobby at Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel. By an hour before of your session, please complete registration for your presentation at the Speaker ready room.

- ●We prepare PCs which are equipped with Windows XP & Vista, PowerPoint 2003 & 2007.
You can carry USB flush memory or CD-ROM. Kindly, check the virus in advance.
If you use some movie data files , Windows7-OS or Macintosh , Please bring your own PC and the connector with 15 pins. You can use your own PC equipped the Mini-D-sub15 pins Tri-serial connector (module) in the monitor output terminal. *The connector with our windows PCs is a re-entrant type. If you bring the new-type pc with different output power, please bring its own terminal.
●Recommended Font
Standard fonts of MS Gothic, MSP Gothic, Century (Gothic), Symbol etc.
Note: Fonts other than the standard fonts may be displayed incorrectly.
●Monitor size: graphic mode will be 1,024 x 768 pixel (XGA). Please prepare your data is suitable for this graphic environment.
●Sound:
Please note that use of sound data is not acceptable.
●Save data:
Please make sure that your data is properly displayed and runs. Bring your presentation data in USB flash memory or CD-R after checking virus with newest virus check software. Also bring back-up data. Make your file name as “presentation code-speaker’s name- extension”
(e.g) “SY09-1 Taro Maihama.ppt” “OE22-1 Hanako Maihama.pptx” - ●Submission and elimination of presentation data:
At the Speaker ready room, we will return your media after making a copy in our server. The Congress Secretariat will eliminate copied data after your presentation.
- 2) Come to your presentation room by 15minutes before the scheduled time of your presentation. Please have a seat at the next speaker’s seat located anterior of the room.
We do not receive your presentation data at the hall. - 3) The allotted time for presentation will differ by types of session such as Symposium, Elected Lecture, Panel Discussion, APSACHD session and JSPCCS-AEPC-AHA/Joint Session.
Speakers of general oral presentation could use 6 minutes presentation followed by 3minutes Q&A.
Please follow your presentation time strictly by following the direction of moderator.
We will make a notice when scheduled time your presentation was over. - 4) Please operate the presentation system by yourself on the podium.
Guideline for Moderators in Oral session
- Please come to the moderators’ reception desk at the door side in each room by 30 minutes before your session and, come to the moderator’s waiting seat by 15 minutes before your session. We appreciate for your cooperation for punctual proceeding of the session.
Guideline for Presenters in Poster session
- 1) Please prepare your poster following the size of exhibition space;
Exhibition space is 90cm (width) x 160cm (height).
- 2) Congress Secretariats display Poster number (20cm x 20cm) at the upper left side of the exhibition space.
- 3) Please prepare
(1) The title of your poster (English)
(2) The name of Author(s)
(3) The institute(s) of Author(s)
in a space of 70cm (width) x 20cm (height) placed on the upper right side of your poster.

- 6) Please remove your poster during the Removal time. Otherwise, we will discard those materials after scheduled time.
Guideline for Moderators in Poster session
- Please be in front of your session’s poster at least 10 minutes before the session.
