On behalf of the Asia-Pacific Pediatric Cardiac Society, it is our great pleasure and honor to invite all of you to the 3rd Congress of the Asia-Pacific Pediatric Cardiac Society, which we are going to have in the wonderful and dreamful Disney Resort in Chiba, Japan from July, 5 to 8, 2010.
The 3rd congress will be held together with the 2nd congress of Asia-Pacific Society for Adult with Congenital Heart Disease and also with the 46th Annual Meeting of Japanese Society of Pediatric Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery. Pediatric cardiology is now a medical and scientific field not to limited to pediatric ages, but it contains various problems from neonate to adult, and it is obvious that there are many common issues to be discussed and solved in a scale of the whole world, and many of them are also specific to the Asian-Pacific region. We have to work together and face to these issues, and discuss to solve wide range of problems from medical, surgical, psychosocial and many more aspects. We sincerely hope that this Congress will play a central role to spread out such current and updated information from the Asia Pacific region to the whole world. Having this hope in our mind, we put the theme of the Congress as “New horizon in Pediatric Cardiology from Asian Pacific to the World”
